After several interesting years in scientific research labs designing & performing experiments and extracting insights from large data sets, I left academia to tackle real-world business problems, first as a consultant, then by starting, participating and managing new ventures based in Canada and France. The roles I've had have included Founder, Web Architect, CTO, and Head of Product Management. After arriving in Vancouver, I directed a hybrid government/corporate digital technology investment program. I currently operate an early-stage venture capital firm, where we invest and accompany selected pre-seed software startups (SaaS/AI/web3), from the prototype stage to product-market fit and next-round VC investment.
